The International Business Team certifies and arranges legalisation of all documentation. We offer electronic, post or a counter service operation to suit your business needs. We can also produce your documentation as an additional service.

The Chamber will be closed from Tuesday 23 December 2025 (1600 hours) and will re-open on Monday 5 January 2026 (0800 hours) for the seasonal holidays.

For any of our Express Electronic Certificate customers or urgent advice, the documentation department will operate for the following days over Christmas and the New Year.

All businesses within the UK that export have a requirement for export documentation. Errors in documentation are expensive. A mistake can delay the consignment encountering storage costs, which can escalate. Therefore the importance of these documents should not be under estimated.
