Promotion to a managerial position is a significant step in your career, but the transition from team member to manager can be tough. Very often, you will find that you are expected to continue your day job and manage others in addition, while being given little or no help in how to do the latter.
In this intensive and highly practical three-day management development programme, you will learn all the essential skills of good management. All theories about management discussed in this course are immediately grounded in day-to-day practice and we’ll use a variety of learning techniques to embed new strategies into your management style. As a result, you’ll feel confident to put everything you learn into practice as soon as you return to your workplace.
When women become leaders, they provide a different set of skills and imaginative perspectives. More importantly, female leaders bring structural and cultural differences to the table, which drive effective solutions. Their creative standpoint and unique sense of awareness also allows them to study and uncover the finer details that may go unmissed by others.
MODULE 1 – 2nd April 2025
Prior to day one, delegates will take part in DISC profiling and receive comprehensive reports that shed light on their unique profiles. The DISC profile will cover self perceived profile, how others perceive them and how they perform under pressure. This information will serve as a foundation for the remainder of the programme.
MODULE 2 – 7th May 2025
In this module we acknowledges the difficulties women often face managing the balance between home and work-life. This, coupled with leading in a VUCA world (Volatile, Uncertain, Chaotic and Ambiguous) can be exhausting, draining and debilitating and can eventually lead to burnout.
On day two we will learn how to stay strong, centered and resilient using Heartmath, Leadership Embodiment, The wheel of Wellbeing and other coaching practices.
MODULE 3 – 4th June 2025
We will deepen our knowledge of others using further learning from our DISC profiling and adding new insights into how we respond to others. We will introduce participants to Courage and Renewal reflective practice, a vital leadership skill in our modern, fast-paced world. We will explore how leaders can embody their roles through Leadership Embodiment and work together to overcome challenge through creative problem solving.
MODULE 4 – 9th July 2025

In this course, participants will develop the ability to recognise stress indicators and primary contributors to workplace stress. You will be equipped with practical tools and strategies to alleviate pressure and mitigate stress. Proficiency in established techniques for building resilience within both yourself and your team will be a key takeaway. Additionally, the course provides a solid understanding of the legal responsibilities related to workplace stress management.
