CIPS Training Courses
Chamber Business Training is the highly successful training arm of East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, recognised as a UK leader in procurement and supply chain management training, specialising in Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) qualifications.
Chamber Business Training were awarded CIPS Centre of Excellence in 2013 and currently have seven CIPS study centres throughout the UK with our head office based here at East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce. We have retained Centre of Excellence status throughout all our audits and are highly commended by CIPS on our levels of service and support to our CIPS students.
We offer all levels from CIPS Level 2 Certificate in Procurement and Supply through to the Level 6 Professional Diploma ensuring we support all students to achieve their MCIPS Professional Licence, a highly sought-after Procurement qualification recognised globally as the standard for Procurement Professionals. We currently train over 500 students through the full CIPS Learning ladder and we have consistently high levels of pass rates and above the national CIPS average on examination results at every level (currently +22% against the CIPS national average) with many merits, distinctions, and our students have received international CIPS awards for their dedication, hard work and achievements.
We offer our students the flexibility of Interactive Distance Learning, and our new highly successful ‘Virtual Live’ Classroom programme and our traditional Classroom lessons here at East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce (day and evening).
‘VIRTUAL LIVE’ COURSE DELIVERY
If you cannot attend a classroom lesson due to work, travel, or family commitments you can still benefit from having a structured Live Online classroom approach.
You will have timetabled live lessons online and will be able to talk to tutors during the class for live feedback. You will never miss a lesson again as we have pre-recorded videos per learning objective, so you can catch up, and refer to them at any time.
CIPS Business Training is also an accredited ROATP training provider. Working in partnership with our apprenticeship lead provider Encompass Ltd, we deliver the CIPS Level 3 and Level 4 Diploma as part of the Commercial Apprenticeship over the first 12 months and support our partner and employers to deliver the remaining programme and complete the end-point assessment within the 2-year allotted programme.

CIPS Audit Report
This centre has continued to excel, it has adapted new methods of delivery whilst maintaining high standards and excellent results. There is a strong commitment from the centre and tutors to communicating and supporting learners and they have a very personal approach. The centre continues to maintain their Centre of Excellence status with no actions.
