The new service is now live, and exporters and importers can obtain customs data for import and export declarations through the new free self-service system.

Data you can request

You can request up to 31 consecutive days of data in each report. This can start from any date within the last 4 years. Data from the past 2 days is not available.

Importers, exporters and declarants

You can request data for the EORI number linked to the Government Gateway user ID you use to sign in.

To get data for more than one EORI number, you’ll need to sign in more than once, using the Government Gateway user ID linked to each EORI number.

Request a report

To use the service, you’ll need to:

• be subscribed to the Customs Declaration Service.
• have an EORI number starting GB.
• have an individual or organisation Government Gateway user ID – your finance team can give you access as a user to view the required information.
