The tender seeks qualified suppliers capable of delivering a robust D-VOLMET solution with features such as automated data integration, high-reliability broadcasting, text‐to‐speech technology, and compatibility with aviation data communications standards (including both ATIS and VOLMET requirements).

The bid will be in collaboration / consortium with a UK vendor.
