ASSET USAGE DECLARATION
This declaration confirms that all creative assets provided to the East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce including, but not limited to, images, videos, audio, logos, branding materials, documents, and AI-generated content for use on websites, social media platforms, or other communications channels, are supplied with the appropriate rights and permissions for use.
1. Asset Licensing and Permission
You confirm that:- You either own the full rights to the content, or
- You have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, or releases for its use, including (where applicable) for: Identifiable individuals (e.g., model or personal releases), Trademarks and logos, Private property or recognisable locations.
These permissions extend to commercial and digital use, including, but not limited to:- Websites and blogs- Social media platforms- Email newsletters- Printed and promotional materials
2. Responsibility for Licensing
You accept full responsibility for ensuring that all supplied content is properly licensed for use. You agree that any legal disputes, copyright claims, or financial penalties arising from unauthorised or improper use of the assets will be your responsibility. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce from any resulting costs or claims.
3. Ongoing Applicability
This declaration applies to:- All assets supplied in the past
- Any assets provided currently and
- Any assets that may be provided now or in the future for use in any digital, print, design, or marketing materials produced by or on behalf of East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce or its clients.
