James Alpe Ltd Share Exciting News as Apprentice of the Year Completes MET Level 3 Qualification

James Alpe Ltd have announced exciting news with the successful completion of Katie Nell Horn’s MET Level 3 Apprenticeship, marking another major milestone following her recent achievement of being named Apprentice of the Year in the ABP Night of Knight awards in November 2025.

Katie was awarded First Place in the Apprentice of the Year category, a significant accolade recognising her outstanding commitment, technical skill, and professionalism throughout her apprenticeship journey.

Working within a traditionally male-dominated sector, Katie has demonstrated exceptional determination, resilience, and natural ability. Her progression through the MET apprenticeship programme has been impressive, supported by a strong and positive working relationship with her mentor, enabling her to develop into a confident and highly valued member of the James Alpe team.
