Community Solutions North West Secures £45,000 to Strengthen Crisis Support Across Hyndburn
Community Solutions North West is delighted to announce that it has been awarded £45,000 from Hyndburn Borough Council through the UK Government-funded Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF).
The funding will enable the charity to continue providing vital support to local people facing financial hardship and crisis, helping residents build resilience and access the practical assistance they need during difficult times.
The Crisis and Resilience Fund is designed to support organisations delivering frontline services that help prevent hardship from escalating. Community Solutions North West will use the funding to deliver the programme outlined in its successful application, ensuring local people can receive timely, person-centred support when they need it most.

Every day we see people struggling with the rising cost of living, unexpected financial pressures and personal crises. The charity supports hundreds of people each year through a wide range of services, including wellbeing support, mentoring, volunteering opportunities, financial resilience advice and community-based programmes that reduce isolation and improve quality of life.
This latest investment reinforces Community Solutions North West’s commitment to supporting some of the borough’s most vulnerable residents, ensuring that people experiencing hardship have access to the help they need before issues reach crisis point.
