Smile Mediation’s Ella Regan shortlisted for Burnley Business Awards Young Employee of the Year

We’re delighted to share some brilliant news with fellow East Lancs Chamber members. Our very own Ella Regan has been shortlisted for Young Employee of the Year at the Burnley Business Awards, and we could not be prouder.

Many of you may have met Ella when we’ve exhibited at The East Lancashire Chamber Rush Hours events. She’s one of the friendly faces on our stand and the person behind our “Who Wants to Be a Mediator?” game, which is a great way to start conversations and help people understand what mediation is and how it can help businesses.

Ella is our Mediation Case Coordinator with Administration and Marketing responsibilities. She previously won the Themis Business Administration Apprentice of the Year Award after we nominated her, which recognised both her ability and the hard work she puts in every day.

Next week, Ella will be presenting to the judges and our whole team is excited to support her. Being shortlisted is already a huge achievement and we’re proud to see her talent and commitment recognised locally.
