Burnley FC in the Community are thrilled to be back in partnership with African Adventures to offer our supporters and business network a unique opportunity to volunteer on school-based projects in Kenya in November 2026 – and you are invited to join the team!
We’re excited to invite you to a special Open Evening where we’ll be sharing all the details about our upcoming African Adventures volunteering trip to Kenya in November 2026. This trip not only helps those less fortunate in Kenya but will raise vital funds for those in need within Burnley & surrounding communities. If you’ve ever dreamed of making a real difference, experiencing a new culture, and taking part in a life changing journey, this is the perfect opportunity to find out more.
Date: Thursday 5th February 2026 Time: 18.30 Location: Trophy Room (Turf Moor)
This trip is open to you or anyone else in your business & during the evening, you’ll discover:
- The incredible community school projects we’ll be supporting
- The variety of work we will be undertaking (all abilities and skillsets catered for)
- What day to day life is like on the ground in Kenya
- Fundraising ideas and support available to finance your trip
- Travel plans, safety information, and what to expect from the experience
- First hand stories from past volunteers
- This trip includes a safari & elephant orphanage visit day with local sightseeing experiences
