About the Role:
As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the operational improvement initiatives within our Chamber Business Training – Commercial department. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and ensure our students have the best possible experience. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary, and we’re looking for someone who is ready to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Improvement: Support and lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. Assist in analysing operational workflows and implementing solutions to improve efficiency.
- Student Relationships: Help induct new students, answer enquiries, and ensure our systems align with student needs to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Resource Management: Maintain student access to essential resources, gather feedback for new resource creation, and update Moodle as required.
- In-Person Exam Coordination: Support the onsite CIPS physical exam process, including room bookings, laptop testing, student meet-and-greet, and IT assistance.
- Student Administration: Manage student allocations, CRM records, attendance reporting, and analysis of examination results.
