Together, they’re building intelligence – uniting their expertise in data-driven technology with SI’s deep-rooted experience in sustainable building solutions.
With more than seven years of experience, they have focused on enhancing the wellbeing of building occupants through smart technology and advanced data insights. Their flagship digital platform, Neronis®, captures critical data on temperature, humidity, and air quality, providing clients with essential insights to improve safety, energy efficiency and occupant comfort. The legacy of IoT Horizon lives on as family leadership continues to steer Sustainable Smart Technologies. Managing Director Niamh Allen and the existing team will retain a 24% share in the company, ensuring consistency for clients and maintaining the core focus on innovation and client service. They will also maintain their presence across the North West business landscape, with space at the Greater Manchester Digital Security Hub (DiSH), and the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) in Daresbury, where they have had three cross-cluster funds.
