New Features Announcement
We are excited to announce the addition of new features based on the feedback we received from our customers. These updates aim to provide more options for exporters and improve the overall user experience:
Back-Up Documents
We have introduced a new feature that allows exporters to upload supporting documents when creating an application that requires only a document for stamping. For instance, if an invoice needs stamping for an Arab country, a letter of indemnity can now be uploaded as part of the application. This enhancement ensures that all necessary documents are consolidated in one application, streamlining the process.
Couple of pointers below to illustrate what options to be selected for a Stamped Uploaded Document.
Stamped Uploaded Document (SUD)
It is now mandatory to include a unique reference number for any Stamped Uploaded Document. This change enhances the traceability of each unique document and facilitates a better-quality border experience. The unique numbering system will enable border officials to efficiently locate and verify documents using the eCERT Certificate Checker tool, reducing delays and preventing issues when goods cross customs borders.
