Lancashire-based Green Shield Group has announced a number of new account wins across Manchester working with BEP Surface Technologies and Brooklands Health and Sports Club.
The business installed a 123.82 kWp system at BEP Surface Technologies which will generate over 114,000 kWh of energy annually with an almost 100% self-consumption rate. The system in place will reduce their carbon footprint by over 34 tons of Co2 and reduce grid dependency by over 10% annually.
Green Shield Group were also appointed by Brooklands Health and Sports Club installing a 55.35 kWp system aiming to generate over 50,000 kWh of energy annually representing a return on investment in over 3 years.
The health club which is based in Sale provides a premium health and wellness service including the constant operation of a gym, spa facility, swimming pool and club lounge. The system installed will self-generate over 15% of demand directly.
