East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce proudly welcomes the addition of two outstanding trainers, John Fisher and Lee Cooper, as part of its esteemed Chamber Business Training.
With their vast expertise and proven track records, John and Lee bring a wealth of knowledge to further elevate the Chamber’s training offering.
John Fisher’s extensive proficiency is a product of his illustrious career collaborating with leading organisations including BPP, GP Strategies, Training 2000 Ltd, Rolls Royce PLC, Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions, and BAE Systems. His faculties span across diverse domains including change management, leadership, personal development, coaching, project management, and team building.
John’s expertise has garnered global recognition, marked by his achievements in designing and delivering an international ILM level 2 Certificate course for a major aerospace manufacturer and securing accreditation’s from CIPD, ILM, and CMI across three organisations. A testament to his innovative mindset, John also developed the “Process of Transition” Change Curve.

Lee Cooper, a visionary entrepreneur, and leader, also joins the Chamber Business Training team with an impressive portfolio of achievements encompassing entrepreneurship, hospitality, and leadership development.
Among his notable achievements are orchestrating a $4 million capital raise, successfully managing a $3 million restaurant and brewery construction, and driving transformative leadership development initiatives while shaping vibrant organisational cultures for the likes of Ameriprise Financial Services, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Nike and Reebok.
