Local charity Community Solutions Northwest hosted a Christmas markets event at Elmfield Hall on Thursday 8th December. Various market stalls sold local handmade crafts, cheese, perfumes, and sweets.
The charity raised funds with a fantastic raffle including prizes donated by local companies and patrons of the charity, tombola stalls, a lucky dip, and the charities new Elmfield Collection were also used to help raise vital funds which will help local people live heathier better lives with support of CSNW.
Volunteers, participants, and staff of CSNW sang Christmas carols early in the evening before St Andrew’s CE Primary School choir came to entertain the crowds with another selection of carols.
The Mayor and Mayoress of Hyndburn attended the event, browsing the stalls, talking to visitors, and meeting CSNW CEO, Maggie Moody.
Over £2000 was raised on the night, CSNW would like to thank all the stalls holders and everyone who came and helped raise this fantastic amount for us.
