Burnley FC in the Community (BFCitC) are delighted to announce a formal partnership with Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust (LSCFT) which will support each other’s work through health and wellbeing initiatives.
BFCitC and LSCFT will introduce an enhanced offer for service users and their families in East Lancashire, through increased access to physical activity, health checks, wellbeing campaigns and support in making improved lifestyle choices.
