The Burnley FC in the Community Turf Sleepout returns on Friday 18th November, and four local charities have come together to look for business leaders and members of the public from across the region to join in.
Would you pledge to spend one night sleeping out at famous Turf Moor stadium?
Participants will brave the outdoor elements and sleep under the stars to raise vital funds for four amazing charities in the local area: Burnley Football Club’s official charity, Burnley FC in the Community, homeless charity Emmaus Burnley, Pendleside Hospice and Safenet Domestic Abuse Service.
Over 50 fundraisers took part at the previous sleepout in 2019, raising more than £28,000 for the participating charities. This year, the goal is to raise a minimum of £50,000.
Turf Sleepout is open to anyone and everyone, and the charities politely request a minimum sponsorship of £250 per person to take part. Please note, participants must be over the age of 16 to take part.
All revenue raised will be split equally across the four charities and go towards vital causes.
Places are limited, so participants should register here for a fundraising pack and email Ben at b.bottomley@burnleyfc.com to confirm their place.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity at Turf Moor, to help raise money for these four fantastic and well worthy local charities and help spread awareness of homelessness.
