UCLan is delivering Leading Lancashire free programmes for individuals working (or self-employed) in Lancashire SMEs.
Leading Lancashire is an innovative leadership project that is tailored to meet the learning and development needs of individuals that work in small to medium-sized enterprises (SME) across Lancashire. It is part-funded by the European Social Fund and UCLan is one of a number of project partners.
UCLan delivers programmes that enable people to develop their personal, leadership and management skills through training, coaching and support. Some events are hosted online whilst others are face-to-face.
There is a range of events running in June and over the summer until the end of September. These include:
Monday 27th June: 1 day Women’s Leadership Development Programme
Tuesday 28th June: 1 day Women’s Leadership Development Programme

This is a fully funded programme, and the eligibility criteria are that a participant must be:
- Eligible to live and work in the UK
- Employed / Self-employed
- Working for a Lancashire based SME (fewer than 250 employees)
- Aged 16 and over
