Vacancy: International Business Administration Assistant / Certification Officer / Administrator
The Chamber of Commerce East Lancashire provides business support services into the wider business community, with specific emphasis on companies gaining new markets, increasing sales, and reducing costs.
An excellent opportunity has arisen within our International Business Department for an assistant who can demonstrate good office administrative experience, analytical skills, can pay strong attention to detail and is able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
The role will focus on delivering our export documentation service. You will be required to process and verify export and import documentation and offer advice and support. You must be able to communicate effectively with customers at all levels of the business as the job will also involve promoting our services to customers through face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
Essential to this role and Experience
- Good office administration skills
- Experience in export/import logistics and processing export documentation is preferable, but not essential as training will be provided
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary up to £22,000 depending on experience.
