BuzzStart Academy is offering women aged 19 and above the chance to be fast-tracked into a high-quality Digital Marketing job through their Talent ‘Skills Bootcamp’ course.
Founded in 2019, BuzzStart exists to upskill and empower women as Digital Innovation Leaders for future workforces. As a lead digital skills training company, BuzzStart aims to deliver their training initiatives to more than 30,000 employees, executives and senior management worldwide.
After the successful launch of their pilot programme, Talent 1.0, which helped 35 women to secure digital specialist employment, Talent has been further expanded to areas of the North West, including Greater Manchester, Liverpool, Cheshire, Lancashire, and Cumbria.
Aimed at women aged 19+ who are currently unemployed, seeking work experience, or would like a change of job, the Skills Bootcamp is full-time, free, and entirely flexible. This programme aims to help highly driven women to build and develop sector-specific skills within Digital Marketing. Funded by the Government’s Department for Education and developed in partnership with local employers, the Skills Bootcamp helps individuals to gain and build relevant and in demand skills for local jobs, gain employability and careers skills, and develop their own portfolio of work.
Spanning over 10 weeks, individuals will attend live, scheduled lessons and work within varied teams to develop their own portfolio of work while learning how to ideate, market and grow a Digital Business from scratch.
Individuals will also have 24/7 access to the virtual campus and recorded lessons, as well as the ability to speak with expert instructors who have been trained through Big Tech companies Google and Facebook.
Upon completing the programme, an interview with local employers is assured, however, employment is available anywhere in the UK.
