The hard work is paying off as the UK starts to come back to normality for Spencer Hayes Group. This year, the company has grown considerably and has led to huge changes within the business.

Spencer Hayes Group practices what they preach for their clients business continuity planning. When Boris Johnson told the UK to “stay at home” on the 23rd March in 2020, the team already had their office phones covered, cyber security in place and the team had already packed up their work laptops and taken them home the night before. Work continued as normal the next day, just from home! Since then, Spencer Hayes Group have not furloughed any staff at any point during lockdown.

In 2021 they have already achieved huge success with a record breaking month in March. Spencer Hayes Group are also planning for the future by upgrading their equipment, buying furniture for their future new starters and implementing new changes and processes to keep up with their growth.

The website is now 27% faster, easier to use and gives prospects the opportunity to download information for sector specific insurance and given the opportunity to discover more about Spencer Hayes Group’s services.

“I am delighted at the rapid growth of the company, we’re achieving our goals much faster than we anticipated. We have a fabulous team working together, towards new and bigger goals, focused on growth without losing quality throughout the business.”
