KBL Solicitors continues its expansion with another new solicitor appointment.

North West law firm, KBL Solicitors are delighted to welcome Paul Formby to their expanding team. Paul joins the firm as a consultant solicitor primarily working out of the Blackburn office advising on all aspects of insolvency.

Paul is recognised for his work in restructuring and insolvency. He is also well versed in handling issues arising from contentious and non-contentious matters. Paul regularly acts for Insolvency Practitioners in the protection, investigation into and realisation of assets as well as advising individuals in relation to issues arising from insolvency.

“I am delighted with the appointment of Paul. Since establishing the department early last year we have seen a steady increase in the demand for specialist insolvency advice.
