Training 2000 celebrates winning Training Provider of the Year in AAT awards 2020
Training 2000 in Blackburn are celebrating after winning Medium Training Provider of the year in a national accountancy training award.
Training 2000, a Blackburn based training provider which specialise in Apprenticeships and technical and professional training has won the prestigious “Medium Training Provider of the Year” award at this year’s AAT Training Provider Awards. This recognises the outstanding quality of providers with between 51 and 150 students studying for AAT qualifications.
The training provider has been recognised once again with this award by the national accounting qualification and membership body for the work it does to help its learners to achieve qualifications and begin successful careers. The judges were looking to see how Training 2000 supported both your learners and staff to achieve their best, and how the training provider met any challenges over the last year.
The ceremony was held online as a result of the coronavirus lockdown but awards were virtually handed out as planned.

AAT CDA Sharron Rostron discussed the training provider winning the award and explained, “for me personally I’m over the moon to have won the award after only joining the team 12 months ago. It feels both rewarding and amazing to have won in a category of some amazing training providers. A huge congratulations to the AAT tutors who strive to keep learners engaged in the course and continue to work hard to continually achieve high level results.”

The award is just recognition of the high level of professionalism and the extraordinary efforts that our AAT team apply to ensure that our learners have a great experience and are successful in their chosen pathway.”
Training 2000 works with school leavers, apprentices and higher education learners with the goal of educating and preparing learners for the world of work that awaits them. The training provider’s main focus is to support its learners to achieve the qualifications they need, alongside helping to develop employability skills and knowledge that employers are looking for.
