CASWELL FIRESAFE® non-coated, fire resisting ductwork manufactured by Caswell Fire Resisting Ductwork Ltd on its way to the 450-acre, c.£2b Paddington Village development in Liverpool’s ‘Knowledge Quarter’.

These bespoke CASWELL FIRESAFE® fire rated smoke extract ductwork systems, comprising 2.6 metre x 1 metre sections and manufactured to BS476 : Part24 specifications, fulfil a vital role in protecting life and property in enclosed Car Park applications.

Caswell were entrusted with the Fire Rated Ductwork supply package – under our ‘T2 Supply & Install‘ service – by Liverpool-based MEP Building Services company, a+b Engineering; who were Main Contractor, Morgan Sindall’s ‘North West Sub-Contractor of the Year 2019’. The work will receive a full post-installation check by our IFE-qualified Passive Fire Protection experts to guarantee the signed Certificate of Conformity is exactly that.
