Alert Fire & Security, the North West specialist in Fire & Security services and solutions are continuing to grow despite the coronavirus pandemic.

Trevor Shanley, Managing Director, said: “We are proud to have continued with our responsibilities to provide 24/7 engineering support to our customers during the lockdown period to ensure the safety of their premises whilst staff worked from home or were furloughed.

“As businesses are slowly returning to some form of normal, we are in constant communication with our customers to ensure they have everything in place and advise them of our VirusSafe solutions to ease staff back safely into the workplace.

Since all staff have returned to the workplace, Alert have seen an increase in enquiries as businesses look to move all their fire and security contracts to one single provider to manage the services more efficiently. The ease of taking over existing systems have seen a number of local companies place their business with Alert to provide their services for the upcoming years…

In addition to this, Alert are very happy to welcome Dominic Jones to the team as System Sales Surveyor. Dominic has worked in the industry for a national company for the last 6 years and has a wealth of experience and knowledge within the fire and security disciplines.

“I am really excited to work with Alert”

Dominic said: “I am really excited to work with Alert and the team having heard so much positivity about how they operate within the industry and more importantly how they have high customer service levels at the heart of the business”

Dominic’s appointment strengthens the team at Alert who now have 22 employees servicing customers within the North West and beyond since being established in 1994.

Being BAFE and NSI Gold Accredited ensures that customers have peace of mind that the processes and systems are second to none.

Trevor added: “I am so proud of the whole team for their efforts in bouncing back after the lockdown. The future is certainly looking good for us and we are in a great position to continue growing”
