East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce has successfully been selected as one of the delivery partners for the innovative Leading Lancashire project.

The Leading Lancashire project is part-funded by the European Social Fund and supports employees of Lancashire based SMEs, especially women and individuals from under-represented groups through leadership and management training, enabling individuals to develop their skills through training, coaching and support.

The Chamber will be delivering an Inspiring and educational range of Masterclass workshops through the Leading Lancashire project to support individuals through the following areas. (please note these will be half day workshops delivered face to face or remotely)

  • Procurement short courses
  • Marketing & Social media workshops
  • Leadership workshops
  • Women in Business workshops

East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce are therefore looking for professional, high-quality experienced trainers/tutors in the above disciplines to deliver inspiring, highly engaging half day workshops and would welcome ideas and suggestions on topics that may be relevant to the above subjects.

Please include in your quotation an up to date cv including relevant work history aligned to similar projects/work, a pen pic, confirmation of your professional qualifications and/or experience eg MCIPS, FCIM etc.

Please also include any pre work and additional workbooks and information pertaining to the delivery of the half day workshops and your availability.it would be ideal also to confirm any support that might be required from the Chamber team in enabling you to deliver these workshops successfully.

All quotations will be evaluated by using the following method.

The Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT)

This is a common evaluation process as It allows the contracting party (ELCC) to award the work based on aspects of the quotation submission other than just price.

MEAT evaluation means the ELCC can evaluate other aspects of the service to be delivered as well as the cost. These can include:

  • Quality
  • Technical Ability
  • The proposed Design
  • Accessibility
  • Social Characteristics
  • Environmental Benefits
  • Innovation
  • Customer Service or ongoing support
  • Ability to Deliver on time.

Please note each separate aspect can be evaluated on its own or in a mix with other considerations. ELCC reserves the right not to award any or part of this quotation.
