East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce has been working with HM Revenue & Customs and negotiated with the Turkish customs authorities to allow express ATR electronic documentation with immediate effect.

The Turkish authorities have agreed on a temporary measure under the current circumstances they will now accept ATR express documentation with a small amendment to box one (exporter) which must now incorporate the exporters email address.
