Export Documentation

With increased cases of coronavirus (Covid-19) in the UK we want to ensure the safety of our clients and staff but continue to operate as normal.

Electronic Express Service

Our support helpdesk and electronic export documentation service will not be affected as we are able to work remotely if required though our offices are currently still open. We are monitoring the situation and will advise if we have to revert to 100% remote working. Please be reassured that there will be no reduction in service.

Standard Express

For the processing of standard express documentation, again we are currently still open but if we need to revert to 100% remote working, we will be operating our service as normal and return the documents to your designated person and address.

Call-in Service

For our call-in service during a potential 100% remote working situation we will operate a dial in appointment service to enable businesses to drop off their documentation at an agreed location or create the document for you.

Ez Cert System

We would however like to invite the following businesses to use our electronic documentation service, to ensure minimal disruption in the case of you having to undertake remote working/self-isolation:

  • Businesses who currently bring documentation in person into the Chamber for certification
  • Businesses who post documentation to the Chamber for certification

If your businesses is experiencing reduced staff levels, we are here to offer emergency cover to produce your documents for you.

We do not anticipate there being any disruptions to the certification services that your Chamber offers. All electronic documentation will be processed as normal. Any changes to the processing of manual documentation will be advised to you if and when any changes have to be implemented.
