East Lancashire Chamber members, Accrington based Future Energy will be officially opening their much-awaited Renewable Energy Centre this Thursday 26th April, with the ribbon cutting ceremony performed by the Chamber’s Chief Executive, Miranda Barker.
Miranda says “It is great to see local business leading the way in these new areas of technology helping the people and businesses in the county to save money and become environmentally responsible. Future Energy is exactly the type of company we wish to be supporting through the Chamber Low Carbon Programme to enable our business community to become more competitive”.
The Renewable Energy Centre will afford you the opportunity to see working examples of Infrared heating, thermos dynamic store water heating and solar photovoltaics to name but a few.
Industry experts will also be on hand to provide advice on switching energy providers that could save you money you just need to bring along an energy bill. On average savings of £300 can be achieved.
The Chamber’s Low Carbon team will also be there to answer any questions on Energy and Environmental issues and the free advice and support on offer through the Chamber’s EU funded Low Carbon Programme.
Doors will open at 12 noon with a complimentary drink with the ribbon cutting ceremony at 1:00 pm.
