WHAT ILM SAY ABOUT LEVEL 3

ILM Level 3 is ideal if you have management responsibilities but no formal training also is particularly suited to practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level.

Anyone who is already in, or aiming to be in a first line management role – who has or will have responsibility for leading people, setting up and directing work activities, managing performance and meeting quality and other work standards, linking between higher management and the general workforce.
