Quarterly Economic Survey

Chamber ImageAll our Chamber Members are given the opportunity to take part in the Quarterly Economic Survey, which aims to establish the economic shape of East Lancashire.

The survey covers issues such as the current state of local business orders and sales, investment, employment, recruitment difficulties, business confidence, etc.

The local results from the QES form part of the North West Chambers Survey and ultimately the National Survey, which is used by the British Chambers of Commerce to influence government and Bank of England policy in a number of business-related areas.
