This Northern Powerhouse led mission to Ambiente represents an outstanding opportunity for UK companies to access substantial business prospects and to meet and showcase
their products to major buyers and potential new business partners. This mission has been organised by Department for International Trade (DIT), in conjunction with British Jewellery & Giftware International (BJGI).
What this mission offers
Ambiente is one of the world’s largest consumer goods trade fairs featuring product groups from table art to kitchen and houseware to paperware and party articles. It offers a major opportunity to meet new buyers in the German giftware market and is regarded as one of the most international events of its kind.
This mission will give you the tools to seize the opportunity for expansion into this exciting market. Through briefings, seminars, an E-commerce platform, the
meet-the-buyers pitching event, show tours, retail tours, meet the country expert sessions, networking and real sales opportunities, you will gain the knowledge, confidence and contacts to do business successfully in Germany and beyond.
Participation fee: £200 (+VAT); additional costs not covered include accommodation, insurance, flights, airport transfers, shipping of samples, subsistence and expenses. Each mission participant will receive a season ticket which will allow you access to the fairground for the duration of the event (value of ticket €69).

There will be travel support of £200 for eligible SMEs from the Northern Powerhouse regions and the participation fee will be refunded after the visit.
