John Getty, President of the Chamber of Commerce East Lancashire and Trustee of Furniture For Education Worldwide (FEW), invites you to a great night of fun - and good work for childrens' education.
FEW saves Lancashire's old school furniture and equipment from landfill sites and sends it out to help educate underprivileged children overseas. The money raised for the charity is purely to fund the containers that ship the goods out to the needy in India and Africa.
This charity evening starts 7.00pm for 7.30pm at £26.50 per person including VAT. Tables of 10 are available for corporate or family groups.
Lancashire Life magazine will take photographs of the diners. Jeff Brown, the 'You Buy One, You Get One Free' star of Safestyle UK double-glazing adverts will compere the evening and the guest speaker is Tony Booth, TV actor and father of Cherie Blair.
Dress Code is smart business (not black tie).
The evening will comprise of:
- Welcome from the Charity
- 3-course Gourmet Meal - vegetarian alternative to be ordered in advance
- After Dinner Speaker - Actor Anthony Booth ('Till Death Do Us Part')
- Charity Auction with stunning prizes including signed football items from local Premiereship clubs.
- Live Disco till late
