Red Rose Court presentation facilities offer a quiet, air conditioned environment fitted with flexible modern furniture and a comprehensive range of built-in audio visual equipment in each of the four fully equipped rooms.
 

Equipped with integrated computer and sound systems and fully fitted projection facilities, controllable lighting and temperature, each room offers the ideal, worry free environment for presenters.  All you need to bring is your presentation on USB pen-drive, CD, DVD, floppy or Video tape, and your set-up time is minimised.  ALL equipment usage and internet access is included within the hire price, as are reception and car parking facilities, free hot drinks and mineral water dispensers. Chamber Members recieve a 10% discount off these rates.

Harrison Room has a meeting capacity for 10 + presenter.  Seating around a U-shaped table faces an interactive whiteboard presentation screen.
Full Day Hire (8 hours) £90.  Half day Hire (4 hours) £50.

Ashworth Room has a meeting capacity for 24 in boardroom style, or for 63 theatre style.  The flexible layout includes 11ft motorised projection screen and 18” lectern mounted touch screen with whiteboard software.  Incorporates induction loop sound system for hearing aid users.
Full Day Hire (8 hours) £150.  Half Day Hire (4 hours) £80.

Thursby Room has a meeting capacity for 12 + presenter.  Seating around a U-shaped table faces an interactive whiteboard presentation screen.
Full Day Hire (8 hours) £110. Half day Hire (4 hours) £60.

Room 4 has a meeting capacity for 10. Seating around an oval full 42" presentation screen.

Video Conferencing with a meeting capacity for 10. Boardroom table facing an 42” plasma presentation screen.  Polycom ViewsonicEX dial-up video-conferencing, via broadband or ISDN (max 6 participants in camera range).  Picture-in-picture facility.  Multi-site mixed ISDN/IP call facility.
1 hour conference call £100 (+ actual telephony charges if over ISDN).
Over 1 hour - 4 hour usage £150 (+ actual telephony charges if over ISDN).

Room bookings outside normal working hours will be subject to half day rates. All room hire prices quoted are excluding VAT.  All room rates for non Chamber Members will carry a £30 surcharge.

Refreshment Additions. Percolated coffee and/or orange juice and biscuits can be provided for £1.50 per delegate.  A range of buffet meals can be ordered in advance -from £6.50 per head.
