We apply to be elected Members of the Chamber of Commerce East Lancashire and, if elected, undertake to be bound by the Articles of Association. We will pay the annual fee at the rate in force for the time being. We declare that all statements made by us on this application for are correct. We acknowledge that membership subscription fees are designed to cover all insurance related commercial products and services for our company and include premiums for Chamber Legal Advice Line, Chamber HR, Chamber Health & Safety and 65K Legal Expenses insurance cover. We formally acknowledge that in the event of any non-payment or renewal of membership subscription fees all cover for these schemes will become null and void.
