For new-exporters, a visit to a foreign country can be daunting, therefore UKTI North West are looking to support your business by providing a low-cost and accessible way to increase your understanding of exporting goods or services to an international market.
This visit aims to introduce novice and newer exporters to the principals of international trade as well as highlighting the opportunities that are available, and challenges that a company may face whilst doing business in Ireland.
Insight from Trade experts covering the Economy, Export Finance and Business Culture along with other exporting topics will be the main focus of the day with potential opportunities to meet with specific sector specialists and local companies from various sectors, including Healthcare, Life Sciences, Food and Drink, Construction and Retail, within a roundtable format.
Same-day return flights from Manchester or Liverpool, in-market group transfers, a briefing from trade experts, breakout workshops plus potential ‘sector specific’ discussions and one to one meetings (sector dependent), refreshments throughout the day and a networking lunch.
Participants will only be required to pay for their own transport to Manchester or Liverpool airport plus any additional food and drink.
Date and Location Thursday 21st April 2016 Dublin, Ireland
Cost: £50 (inc VAT) per person
