The China-Britain Business Council (CBBC) has published a new China Business Handbook that will help guide UK companies with their business dealings in this sometimes difficult market.

With input from CBBC’s team of business advisors, and from a diverse range of members able to reflect on their experience of operating in China for many years, the comprehensive handbook offers a wealth of practical advice and expertise.

Covering important business areas such as exporting to China, E-commerce, free trade zones, the tax system, customs procedures, marketing, HR and employment law compliance, due diligence, intellectual property and business disputes, the CBBC describes the guide as encyclopaedic and claims that it offers UK companies everything they need to set-up and succeed in China.

“The handbook is the product of CBBC’s 60-plus years of experience in the Chinese market while also representing the latest market conditions, challenges and solutions,” the Council said.

Among the sections in the handbook are: exporting and the China supply chain; protecting your business interests; and incorporation and operating businesses in China.

These can be downloaded separately or the complete Handbook can be downloaded as one file. However, this does involve logging in to an online customer area.
